Locally owned/ built links style course that I've played since the early 1980's, with no real changes. Straight forward flat side by side hole layouts, decent full grass in fairways, good tee boxes and small fast holding greens. Like playing here in the PM because for Senior rate of $20/18w/cart its open enough to practice various shots and not hold anyone up. Playing 5,510 yds / 66.1 / 103 with a par 70, you can leave the driver home and mix up tee shots with various other clubs. Shooting 38/36 w/33 putts made my afternoon by having a "Feel Good" score with more play on my 3-5 irons than I normally have. Every course can teach you something as it doesn't have to be a 5 star layout to do that. A good course is like a fine wine, If played/drank everyday, you would have nothing to look forward to. I look forward to playing my nice courses, in moderation.
