Cimarron National Golf Club is a Public, 36 hole golf facility located in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The facility has two 18-hole golf courses. They are The Aqua Canyon Course and The Cimarron National Course.
The Aqua Canyon Course opened in 1994. The course was designed by Duffy Martin.
Aqua Canyon is on the west side of the clubhouse. Both courses play through canyons.
Aqua Canyon Course is hilly on the front nine and has many trees that can alter your shots. The back nine has open fairways but is severely mounded. Water comes into play less frequently on the back nine. This is the easier course of the two Cimarron courses.
Par for the course is 70. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,415 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,339 yards and a ladies par of 71. The longest holes on the course are # 8 and 18, a par-5 that plays to 575 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 11, a par-3 that plays to 140 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 18, this 575-yard par-5 challenge is the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Aqua Canyon is # 11, the 140 yard par-3.
