Detailed description of Hidden Valley Golf Course
Hidden Valley Golf Course, is a Public, 9 hole golf course located in Cottage Grove, Oregon.
Hidden Valley Golf Course first opened for play in 1928 and was designed by Ray Vincent. Given the age of the course the oak and fir trees are sizable. They line many of the fairways. Additionally, out of bounds comes into play on five of the nine holes and water hazards come into play on three holes. The second hole is considered by many to be one of the more challenging on the course. It's a long par five with a tricky green. The greens generally play at about medium speed.
Course facilities nclude a putting green, a restaurant and pro shop.
$10 (cart not included), played on Saturday, April 2010 at 6am
This course could use some work. THe fact that there was only 4 people on the course on a sunny Saturday afternoon should sum up the condition of this course.

Not bad for the price. It is a good course for beginners, lots of elevation changes. The fairways are getting better. I believe it is $10 for 9 on the weekdays.

I went after a day of rain and found the course had some really wet spots and had not drained very well. Good for golfers who want to have some fun for a very good price. Less than the lowest price listed on the rating.
