Lake Shore Country Club first opened for play in 1929. The course was designed by Tom Bendelow.

Lake Shore Country Club Golf Course was built on predominately level terrain. The fairways are narrow, and the greens are moderate in speed. Water hazards come into play several times during the round. Sand bunkers scattered throughout the course.

Lake Shore Golf Course is a par-72 layout that measures 6,634 yardsfrom the back tees and 5,524 yards from the forward tees.
