Sweetwater Country Club, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Barnwell, South Carolina.
The Sweetwater Country Club golf course, plays to 6,248 yards from the (Blue) Championship tees, 5830 yards from the (White) Member's tees, 5345 yards from the (Gold) Senior tees, and 4670 from the (Red) ladies' tees. The course is well trapped with small greens and narrow fairways.
The course's front nine is similar to other South Carolina low-country courses with an abundance of wetlands, while the back nine has sufficient rolling elevation to remind one of the up-country portions of the state. Sweetwater is considered a great place to learn the game, while still providing a challenge to the most talented players.

Nice little course in Barnwell. Layout is worthy of a good round of golf. Some tight holes with sharp doglegs. You will get use out of several clubs n your bag as driver is not always the best bet off the tee. Fairways are average for this price range. Greens are in good shape for this price range.
