Holly Lake Ranch is a private gated community located on 3,000 heavily wooded acres in Wood County, Texas, with a security staff on duty 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The Ranch is accessible to property owners,their guests and vacationers staying in on site cabins.

The course first opened for play in 1971. Holly Lake Ranch Golf Course was designed by Leon Howard.
