The course was designed by Robert Muir Graves. Meadow Springs Country Club first opened for play in 1971.

The fairways are average in width, and there are many out-of-bounds stakes lining several holes.  The small greens are known for their lightning speed.

The longest hole on the course is # 16, a par-5 that plays to 590 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 14, a par-3 that plays to 167 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 4, a 545 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 14, a 167 yard par-3.
