Bell Nob Golf Course first opened for play in 1979. The par-72 course was designed by Frank Hummel.
Bell Nob is a link-style course features large, undulating and fast greens. There are sand bunkers and a few trees surrounding every hole. In addition, water hazards (ponds) come into play on three holes.
Bell Nob Golf Course plays to 7,024 yards from the back tees for course rating of 70.8 and a slope rating of 119. From the forward tees the course measures 5555 yards. The longest hole on the course is #5, a par-5 that plays to 566 Yards. The shortest hole on the course is #3, a par-3 that plays to 190 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for #4, a 430 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is #11, a 375 yard par-4.

The better of only two courses in the immediate area, and the only 18 hole course. The native Wyoming terrain presents a natural beauty, as well as a good challenge. My only wish is that there were no smoking allowed on the course. Quite distasteful in that respect. But overall, a play-worthy course!
