Cedar Pines Golf Course first opened for play in 1984

Cedar Pines Golf Course was built on predominantly rolling and wooded terrain. A creek that comes into play on four of the nine holes, and dogleg fairways on three others. The first five holes are the most challenging because of water, a dam bank and thick rough. Holes #5 - #9 play straight and long and are forgiving. Most of the greens on the course are elevated, medium-sized and slow, while the fairways vary between narrow to wide width.

#9, a 480-yard, par 5, is the signature hole. You must hit an accurate tee shot down a long and narrowing double dogleg fairway to a well protected, elevated green, which has out-of-bounds on the right, a thirty-foot drop off to a spillway on the left and trees to the back. Cedar Pines Country Club golf course is a regulation length 9-hole course that plays to a par-36 and maximum 9-hole distance of 3,198 yards. The Ladies' tees play to 2,521 yards and a par-38.
