Wheatland Golf Club is a Public 18 holes golf course located in Wheatland, Wyoming.
Wheatland Golf Club golf course was opened in June, 1931. The course was redesigned and sand greens replaced in 1967.
Par for the course is 36. From the back tees, the course plays to 3,064 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 2,557 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 8, a par-5 that plays to 520 Yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 3, a par-3 that plays to 152 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 1, a 500 yard par-5 challenge and the #2 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 3, a 152 yard par-3.
Wheatland Golf Club golf course has undulating greens and tree-lined fairways. Water hazards (ponds and creeks) come into play on several holes. Additional sets of tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round.

Considering Wheatland, WY is a very isolated community this is a challenging but good course. The only problem is fees for 9 holes is expensive and a cart rental is just as much so unless you have cash to throw around it's more economical to walk the course and you constantly have to let the folks on carts slowly pass you. There is a lot of dead grass adjacent to the fairways so it is often hard to find balls but overall it is a pretty course and usually fun.
