Ball hits obstruction and goes out of bounds. How does one proceed?
Larry's drive hit a movable obstruction (an unattended mower) and careened out of bounds. Larry claimed relief and said he would drop his ball within two club lengths of where his ball hit the mower, no closer to the pin.
