"Larry was having his typical bad breaks. On hole # 5, a par-5, his second shot came to rest in the rough on the side of a slope. When Larry addressed the ball for his third shot, the ball moved from its original position. Larry re-addressed the ball without touching it and hit it short of the green. He then chipped and two putted and said, “Wow, a bogie 6"" said Larry. Was Larry correct?
