Larry chipped his ball from off the green. It was a great chip. The ball landed on the green and rolled to the hole. However, and this is where it gets interesting, the ball lodged between the flagstick and the mouth of the cup. Maybe an eighth of the ball was below the level of the top of the cup/putting green surface. Larry got excited and declared he had holed out. Scott reminded Larry that a ball has to be at rest at the bottom of the hole to be considered holed.
