Larry was playing on a course in South Georgia that had previously been a farm. To add to the ambiance, or maybe because the removal would cost to much, an old barn was situated adjacent to the fairway. Larry who normally could not hit the broad side of a barn landed in a position with the barn between him and the green. Larry said, "No problem" and proceeded to open the doors of a barn to enable him to play a shot through the barn. Can he do that without penalty? What is the correct ruling?
