The tournament in accordance with USGA Rule 14-3, the one that discusses artificial devices or unusual equipment usage on a golf course, disallowed the use of distance measuring devices like Larry’s range finder and his GPS. Larry thought that there should be disqualification of the player, or at least a one stroke penalty on every hole.
What is the correct ruling?"
