Narrow fairways and landing areas; not as easy as some people think.
Maintenance barely keeps up with the crab grass and weeds BUT compared to its condition a year ago, its a complete turnaround. I understand it has been sold and the new owner is redoing the club house/restaurant (has been for over 8 months) with very little progress. Staff very pleasant.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Worse than average course for the area

With all the rain, the course is in as good a shape as it has been for years. Some fairways are still pretty rough (no or little grass) but most of the greens are in good shape and putt true. New sand has been added to most of the traps but they are not maintained. Weekends finds a lot of families with small children (5 - 11 years) with little discipline. Marshalls do little more than look for lost golf balls! With Doral, Miami Springs, Biltmore and Mikosoukee Clubs nearby, Costa Greeens is a bargain, rate-wise.
