why it isn't more crowded is a mystery. it's the best value in Dade County (may be becauses it is county-run?????)

Food and dining faciities have greatly improved since last year. Food and beverage prices are fair; menu while not extensive, is sufficient. Course is in excellent condition, especialy the greens. Lighted driving range and short iron practice area, a plus. Why aren't more golfers ranking Miami-area courses??????

The East Course was closed for over six months - reopened in December 2008.
New greens, everything else is the same. The new greens are in surprisingly good shape - they putt well and true.
The East Course is not as difficult as the West Course, but challenging nonetheless. For a 36 hole facility, the clubhouse lacks charm and personality. Irregular hours and lack of a variety in the menu is also a detractor.
