Used to be a fine course. Tee boxes chewed up, lack grass. Fairways in poor condition - bare spots; greens have bad patches (fungus?), need to be mowed and rolled. Overall, would not play again. It's a shame because it used to be a well-maintained course. Lack of rain doesn't help.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Worse than average course for the area
