I am a new member and find all three courses more challenging than I expected. The courses are flat but tight with long par 3's, severe dog legs, undulating greens, ball eating water, and challenging pin placements. The bunkers are inconsistent in textures, some sand, some dirt. The first cut will hide your ball from you. The second cut is someone's yard. I am really learning to hit'em straight and to plan my shots.
You can walk the courses any time and the members and staff are Texas friendly. The food is also very good. Guest policies are liberal.
