Locally owned course, well maintained. Jerry Matthews designed operated by the Miesle family. Great staff and log cabin club house is very nice. Great Heather course. 5 par threes are all challenging. From the tips, 6552 yards, they average 175 to 200 yards. The course is a 72.2 rating, 131 slope from the golds. Well worth the drive and with the price the value is there. If you play after noon a foursome can play for $100 to $120 total. No better value in this area. If you can score here, other courses should be easier. If in the heather rough, use your iron (wedge).
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
