The condition of the course was very good, but, I have not seen a course this year that was not in good condition in the New York Metro area because of the weather (it was great) the whole summer long.
The price of the course is $65.00 for Monday - Thursday and $75.00 Friday - Sunday with a double cart being $40.00 and single cart being $22.00 for 18 holes any day. If you are walking or carring, the price is the cost of the round plus $7.00.
The course is fairly open with some very challanging holes, (i.e. doglegs) or having to carry approximately a 230 -250 yard drive to get to a fairway on a hill. There are 3 long par 3-s one being 230 yards from the blues and it is always into the wind.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Average course for the area, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
