While Dodge Riverside has been home to our Wednesday PM Women's League for three years, I try to play there as a twosome whenever possible. After the 2011 Missouri River flooding, the city used the opportunity to greatly improve drainage. As a result, there are rarely cart path only rounds. Typically, small sections will be roped off at worst. The golf staff are accommodating and friendly. The attached restaurant is superior.
From the perspective of a committed duffer, the course is great to play. There are numerous well treed, soccer field fairways with well protected greens. The 9th and 18th tees play long for the league with the foursomes dragging themselves in after nine holes.
I would typify this golf club as a "Grip and Rip" course built for fun.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Ranks with the best in this price level
Condition of Course, Price, Pace of Play, Food/ Bar facilities, Difficulty, Ambiance, Staff, Pro Shop, Layout, Clubhouse
