I had not played it in several weeks and the change in conditioning was extreme. 5 weeks ago it was pretty good but yesterday it looked like a bomb had hit it. I don't understand how it can change so quickly. A lot of the fairways were stripped and dirt . It looked like new sod might be placed in there but there was no warning at all when we made the reservation and at check in. It seems like it would be more cost effective to take care of it in the first place. Unfortunately you never know what you are going to get a Riverwalk.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, More than a field, but less than a golf course, Worse than average course for the area

I play this course somewhat frequently. The maintenance (usually the biggest negative) is getting better and the greens are actually great now.
