Latourette is one of the best NYC munis. They host some MGA tournaments/qualifiers.
Conditions are consistently good.
Note, as with ALL NYC munis, weekdays will get you the 4 hour round you should be playing. Weekends, expect 5+ hours. Too many groups and no one really moves them along. This is a problem with most NYC muni courses.
Despite the slow weekend play warning, this course is worth playing. It is one of the best maintained NYC courses and requires some good shot making to score well.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again
