This course used to be three nines, Lakes/Palms/Falls and the rating your site has still reflect this outdated format. Today there are only two 18's there, the Lakes and the Palms. It appears they added another nine holes.
I played both on the same day for a great price, $49 with a free smail lunch. Both courses were in great shape. Don't let the Palms name deceive you, there is plenty of water on both tracks, challenging but fail. All in all a great day of golf.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
