A bit of an old country club community course, lined with houses. The layout seems to have changed in some areas due to washout of some holes in the past due to a flash flood channel. Many holes are laced with lakes and that often require safety shots off the tees. In fact, I counted about 10 lakes and 9 of them were located left of the fairway. So, if you fight a hook, this course could be quite intimidating. Greens were pretty good but not mowed low enough and ran real slow. Also, they need to cut the rough more often as any ball that left the fairway dropped down into the deep Bermuda rough and made finding the ball real challenging. Great price of $20-$28 per round on a Monday that includes cart with nice staff. But, with all the other great values in the summer in the Palm Springs area, I don't think I would play this tract again.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I won't play again, I wouldn't recommend this course, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
