While visiting friends in nearby Green Valley, we played this course first off at 7 am and finished in 3 hours. On about 1/3 of the holes the course winds between homes and the resort but the homes do not seem too close to the fairway. But, OB looms on several holes. A good number of lakes and doglegs that utilize the large cottonwood trees. This course can be score-able but you probably need to play it once to know where to place your tee shots. Nice greens and bunkers. Wanted to play the "Tin Cup" hole but unfortunately that nine was closed for overseeding. When you visit, you will recognize some of the backdrops and structures seen in the movie. I will return as the course is fun and the staff is very pleasant.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
