3 Oct 11 - Be prepared for more than challenging at first look. Most of the greens are impeccable. Better look from both ends before you putt - deceiving breaks. The rough, not long, will convince you to get to the fairway as quickly as possible, otherwise, you're eligible to "chunk" your way to a spot near the green. The bunkers' sand is different that any I've seen in a while - coarse, granular - so it takes a shot from one to let you know what to expect in the next. Overall, this course is very worthy of the greens fee, the staff is courteous and helpful, the snack bar has a wide variety of foods, and the views are magnificent. Give it a try. An oldie, but a definite goodie.
