Beautiful setting, River on one side, beach on the other. Usually breezy. We have played this several times and it always seems to be slow pace. Challenging short layout.
Staff seems to be overloaded and burned out. Not very friendly to strangers.
You can buy a card for 3 Brevard County courses for 95 bucks, as a non resident. This gives you a discount of $20 per round. If you are going to be here a while definitely worth it. However you have to tell these people you want it.. Seems like it is too much work for them and they will tell you it is only for Residents. (Residents pay a lot less)
Would travel: 10-20 Miles
Bottom line: I would play again, Average course for the area, Better courses for less nearby
