Seven Oaks is a great course due to its layout and overall conditioning. It hosted the NCAA Championships in 1977. Fairways are generous and well groomed, the greens are large, undulating an slick. The rough can be totally punishing, particularly in wet conditions. I do think it's priced a little high for central NY; if you don't get on as a guest, expect to pay about 80 bucks with cart. There are good courses to play in the area for a lot less.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
