Its hard to rate a course that is closed for the season BUT allows play prior to scheduled opening date. I've been walking on and playing here three (3) time a week since February 13, 2017 with the geese droppings being the biggest hazard. Conditions now are very poor but if cleaned-up is the way I ranked it. Playing eighteen holes at 3,625 yds / 59.1 / 93 its fairly an flat, straight forward Executive Par 3 (1,854yds Par 30/1,776yds Par 29) layout w/ four 200+yard par 3 to keep you honest. Good course to work on your irons to good size greens that hold very good. The houses only really come into play on #1,5,6,12 and on missing to the left on the clockwise layout of both 9's. My toughest holes were #6 296yds par 4 (Tight fairway), #9 215yd par 3 (Uphill, Traps, Road if Long) and #13 202yds par 3 (Trees LH/Pond RH front) all carry to center. Surprisingly they have well placed sand traps on almost every hole adding the element of difficulty to your shot selection. Looking forward to returning this spring and seeing it cleaned-up and no geese, for a 2nd ranking.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
