Being a dry, hot summer this track was "Greened up and Ready to Go" from Tee to green there wasn't a bad landing area in between. I mixed the black/gold tees and found it very playable on most holes with my 210-225yd carry tee shot to nice landing areas. Check wind conditions on #5,#8,#10 before hitting from the blacks as these demand full carry. With my PF (Power Fade)off the tee, most of the holes (10) set-up for this tee shot and will leave your "Hooking" buddies wondering why you're playing so well. Played $48 w/ discount coupon and was worth every penny for the Arthur Hills layout and staff that work this course. Look for rate changes at different times.
Would travel: 60-120 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
Condition of Course, Difficulty, Layout, Price, No Houses on Course, Staff, Clubhouse
