Decided to stop in and give another locally built/owned nine (9) hole course and was glad I did.
Nine (9) holes w/cart at $10.00 it was hard to pass up on this rolling 2,850yd / Par 35 layout with conditions far better than I excepted.
Course hole layout is very well marked from the tee box marked in yardage/layout. Even though the Par 4 hole yardage is on the short side (250-350yd), having four (4) raised greens above 2nd shots, made it very challenging. Tee box and fairway conditions were in very good condition and the greens.....fantastic!!! They (the greens) were surprisingly large, smooth (8-9 roll) good holding and all round a joy to land on. The lone straightaway Par 5 #6 @ 565yds and #1hcp lower it's guard for me as I hit my A wedge 2' for a birdie putt. That helped me to a 36/18 putt finish on this locally owned track by John & Chuck Berro since 2012.
By making it affordable, great conditions, fun events (Glow Ball) for families, they are making this a successful venture and fun time for all.
Would travel: 10-20 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Ranks with the best in this price level, Best course in the area
Condition of Course, Price, Pace of Play, Food/ Bar facilities, Staff, Layout, Clubhouse
