Was refereed by a random golfer on the street that this was the best Municipal golf course within 50 miles and he was right. This Edmund B. Ault designed course in 1982 (along with sons Brian & Tom Clark) is 6,630yds / 71.6 / 131 full of challenges, scenic hole layouts with conditions to match. Smooth rolling cut fairways that rolled out to guarded bunker greens with soft lush sand, waiting to be blasted out of to smooth rolling 8-9 manicured greens. Fairway separation is achieved through the many hardwood trees and long grassy berms that are pleasing to the eye that allow you to focus on your shots. Was told that many local /state Tournaments are played here and its easy to see why with the conditions maintained by employees/players alike. I had to fix maybe a handful of ball marks the whole round which tells you what type of players keep this track going. Shot 39/43 with 34 putts with a local gentleman golfer Steve, that has played here since it opened. We both had a wonderful time sharing personal and course knowledge, which is why we both love this game. MUST stop and play this track, you won't be disappointed, I assure you.

Would travel: 60-120 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Ranks with the best in this price level, Best course in the area
