Again, a little high priced at $40 18/cart for fall weather golf, but we're golfing anyways. The new score card I got had Black tees added at 3,020yd Par 35 for the front / 3,106yd Par 37 for the back 9. They had Blue/White out so the Blacks must share the Blue 2,940/2,969yd tee boxes as there's no much yardage difference on most holes. For the late season the conditions weren't that bad as the fairways were a little fuzzy like the greens but still in nice condition. Straightforward "Links" type flat layout (slight doglegs) but there's a creek/pond on almost every hole that keeps you on your toes. Nice mix of scattered trees placed along the fairways up to the typical average sized flat greens with some traps on most greens. Friendly layout that is open to low scores like my 38/40 w/32 putts as I found the creek two (2) times (#11 & #15) not paying attention to water/wind direction. Good course to swing away and go for it just watch which side you want to miss without getting into trouble.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
Condition of Course, Pace of Play, Staff, Layout, No Houses on Course
