Looked forward to playing this "Ski Hill" course for a long time and finally had it happen. Getting the online price of $27 18/cart was well worth the price for this 6,589 / 72.7 / 139 Par 71 layout. Teeing off from the top on #1 and #9 were a unique hole layout with a view but would have been helpful to have yardage book or notes for landing areas. We had my range finder and used it on every hole for removing guess work. They had the 100-250 yardage sticks down the middle but missed the Par 3's yardage blocks that take the guess work out of club selection for the 4 Tee boxes available. Most of the hole layouts were tight fairways that had pretty good grass and not many flat lies when you did hit them. Greens were rolling at 7-8 and very smooth that needed to be looked at from all sides to stay away from 3 putts, that were very possible. The ambiance around the hill showed more of the ski workings/equipment than I would have liked, that could be improved upon. I shot 39/45 w/36putts, with the boys, Jeremy 82 w/31 putts, Kevin 94 w/41putts, Barry 106 w/36 putts on this sunny 65 degree Saturday morning playing in 4hrs for the loop. Worth the online price of $27 if you can keep the tee shots on the fairway because the rough doesn't give up anything, as we now know.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Ranks with the best in this price level
