It is possible to play this course (even on weekends) and be the only foursome on this nine hole course. Water comes into play on 3 and 9; two par 3's are protected on either side by big oak trees and have berms in front. Greens are in excellant shape right now (end of April). Fairways are a little rough and are known to get pretty bare during the hottest part of summer. Overall, a pretty neat little course for $18 (all day golf and includes cart)

Bottom line: I would play again, Average course for the area, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
