Stonecrest is a golf course built on the top of a mountain in eastern Kentucky. It was a surface coal mining operation that was developed by the City of Prestonsburg into the golf course and housing development. It gets better every year as it settles and matures. Well worth the drive up the mountain if you are within 50 miles.
