Horribly narrow fairways with hitting over extensive swamps on the 1st and 10th holes. Not well suited for the average league player without adequate warm up time before hitting.
Exceptionally unfair for mixed leagues as the majority, if not all, of the tee shots over water or swamps for the forward tees are eliminated. It completely changes the challenge of the holes.
For a straight hitter, and distance is not needed, it is a very good course. Unfortunately, my partners and I have experienced hitting good shots and having erratic bounces off the fairways or slopes ending up in hazards. Since almost all the woods, undergrowth and wetlands are inpenetrable, the ball is lost and a 1-2 stroke penalty is incurred. There are many challenging courses in the immediate area that provide as much degree of difficulty without the punishment for mishit shots.
