Incredibly beautiful place. Homes, whole layout of development and course are sensational. But what happened to the conditioning of this course? This is now one of the worst conditioned courses on Grand Strand. The greens are spotty and many of the tee boxes appear not to have been cut in ages. The rangers do nothing to speed up pace of play.. our game took almost 5 hours and 30 minutes. This course was closed for many months last year to install new putting surfaces. What a waste. It is high season and they have lost their greens. I can understand that happening and forgive it. But what is the excuse for letting grass grow ankle high on tee boxes?
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: Better courses for less nearby, Worse than average course for the area
