This course is has a new head pro/manager, Adam Harrison, who has done a wonderful job of taking over a notoriously slow-playing, average quality golf course and turning into a "hidden gem"!
Pace of play is 4:30 or better (depending or golfer ability). He has eliminated 5-somes which was the bane of this course. The greenskeeper has gotten this layout into great condition. Everything is green, and there is always work being done to improve conditions. One minor complaint is that the fairways are not homogenous (too many types of grass growing), but, after all, it is a public course. If you ever played here before and were disappointed, give it one more try - it'll be well worth your effort.
