As far as I know this is a private course - not semi-private as you listed. There are 3 9's - Sound, River, and Lakes. There is a good layout of the courses are available at www.pelicansoundgrc.com. I love having 3 9's and the course is both well maintained and definitely challenging. I'm not fond of the rough, which I find all too often, but someone once told me I'm not suppose to be there anyway! The greens are all well protected by bunkers or water and in many cases, both. I believe there are 5 sets of tees. If you need more detail, check out their website.
The courses are part of a private, gated community, Pelican Sound. If you are already a member of a club, I suspect your pro can get you on. During the off season, the club participates in a reciprocal program with other clubs in the area and you can check with your pro or the ProShop at Pelican Sound for details.

Bottom line: I would play again, Ranks with the best in this price level, Best course in the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
