The main problem with this golfcourse is the condition of the fairways. To many bald spots. It's OK for a scramble or practise but nothing else. No sand in the sand traps and after rain many of them are flooded. I am concerned that if it gets any worse it could affect our property values if that is possible at this time.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: Worse than average course for the area
