A very tough test - will examine every aspect of your game. Extremely beautiful to look at. Condition in April/09 was just a hair ragged around the edges, but overall by far the best course for 80 miles in any direction (and that includes Sandpiper in Santa Barbara). When value for money is taken into account, it's without question the best course for 200 miles in any direction. If you dislike playing in serious wind, avoid the afternoons, as the wind tends to kick up after noon.
Would travel: 120-300 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Ranks with the best in this price level, Best course in the area
