$21 (cart included), played on Sunday, May 2008 at 8am
Played this course for the first time on May 4th, 2008.
Course was in good condition - only exceptions were a couple of the greens had suffered some damage over the winter, and were not yet repaired. The fairways were in good shape - no standing water, no bare spots, recently mowed. The sand traps were still wet from rain from the day earlier. So it was more like hitting off mud than sand.
The price was great - only $25 for 18 holes with cart. I will definitely play this course again - it was a good test for me (17 HCP) and my son-in-law (6 HCP).
Only complaint I have is that the signs by the tee boxes should have a picture of the hole layout - being that we had never played it before, we had to keep referring to the scorecard to see where the green was on the longer holes and the doglegs.
