I don't really care what the fairways are like as long as the greens are puttable. I would compare the greens to a public older golf course in Portland, Oregon during winter time when there is a El Nino weather pattern. I have never played on such terrible greens, the were extremely soft, bumpy and ball marks everywhere. The fairways were slow and soft, like playing in the winter rain season up north.
The first par three was unusual, I don't know what you call the area around the green, waste area or what, but it was terrible.
I did love the layout, I wouldn't define any hole as a circus hole, If they improved the greens and kept the fairway grass shorter I would play this course again when I travel there.
