Wow, what's not to like? I was a guest. Yes, the price is outside my league for it to be my weekly course, but if I could, I would! Heck, they play the Memorial Tournament here on the PGA Tour. Yeah baby, this is like playing in Yankee Stadium if you are a baseball fan. You get to play in "the big league stadium." You get to golf where the big boys golf and then compare your shots to theirs. It hardly gets any better. Muirfield has memorable holes. It has some of the most unigue par 5s that you will find anywhere. The course is typically in lovely condition. I played in late September and it was magnificent. The greens were fast and true, even if my putts were not. If you love golf and get a chance to play this course, drop everthing to make it happen.
Would travel: 60-120 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Best course in the area
