This used to be a great establishment but the management is now taking clients for granted. For example, there was no starter or marshall on the course. Players are left to fend for themselves after paying. There were no pin placement sheets on the carts. You are likely to assume the course is using a color scheme until may be after the 3rd hole when it is too late to go back. We finished our round just before 6pm and received a good dose of sprinkler system water while on the 18th green.
The Lakes course is beautiful and challenging but there are a lot of blind spots on the course without any system of warning the next set of players when it is ok to take their shots. A good example is hole 18; we had to drive up to see that the coast is clear before we could take our drives, however this did not work for the approach shots. We mistakenly hit into the group ahead and the group behind us hit into us both on the drive and approach.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again
