As a Ridgefield resident, I may be biased, but I rank RGC overall as one of the best municipal courses I've played. The overall condition of the course is excellent for a public course. The front nine lulls you into a false sense of security with its wide fairways and relatively easy holes. The back nine is much more challenging with tighter fairways that require more accurate tee shots. Overall, great course and staff!
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level
