Good hard layout, greens finally back to good status, good public course now, would be very good semi-private course based on layout and difficulty rating, lots of shotgun tournaments, club house/facilities need update. New owner with good progress shown last three years.
Tell owner to go semi-private and $ will flow in, South Shore area needs another good 18 hole track.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
Condition of Course, Difficulty, Layout, Ambiance, No Houses on Course, Pace of Play
